We invite you to take your depositions to the next level by showing your jury the complete picture. Our Pro Video Depositions are television quality productions that your jury will find engaging to watch. Unlike traditional video depositions, Pro Video allows your jury to see what your witness is reacting to in real-time.
Pro vs Standard
You’re already familiar with the standard video deposition setup. Typically it’s just a single static shot of the witness with the occasional zoom to showcase an exhibit. Our Pro setup is much more dynamic.
Multiple Input Sources
Our new deposition system allows you to mix and match multiple input sources including:

Laptops
iPads
Tablets
Smartphones
Multiple Cameras
Add additional cameras to the room so juries can connect with both the questions and the answers. We can add up to 5 cameras to the room if needed. We even offer wireless cameras for the rare occasion when an extreme close-up or mobility is required by your videographer.
Custom Layouts
With our custom-designed screen layouts, the face of your witness is always visible without ever obscuring a portion of the exhibit. We have multiple templates, each designed to accommodate different types of exhibits.
You can use one of our predesigned layouts or create your own.
Sent to iPads
To reduce clutter, all video is sent wirelessly to iPads in the room. We can connect up to 9 devices at a time, so everyone can have their own video monitor.
Each participant can zoom in and out without affecting the view of anyone else. Grab screenshots as witnesses mark on documents.
Choose which video feed that you would like to monitor: The witness and the exhibit or just the exhibit. We typically send only the exhibit feed to the witness’ iPad so they won’t be distracted by watching themselves while everyone else in the room watches the mixed video feed. However, our system does also allow you to monitor both video feeds at the same time.
Compatible with Zoom
The live video feed can also be streamed out through your favorite video conferencing software, allowing remote participants to see everything that is going on
Multiple Recordings
We capture three simultaneous recordings of the deposition. The video of both the witness and the exhibits. The video of only the witness. As well as the video of just the exhibits.

Standard Depositions
Of course, we still offer the standard deposition setup: A single shot of the witness against a neutral backdrop. These are still a very popular option for attorneys and work best when you have minimal exhibits presented during the deposition.
